 | Customer Advisors |
We are currently recruiting for Customer Advisors to work at our Head Office in Skipton. The roles are key roles within the company as you will be the main connection between WageDay Advance and it’s customers.
Key Responsibilities- Identifying the customers requirements
- Explaining clearly the benefits of our great product
- Adhere to data protection
- Deliver good customer service
- Leave customers with a positive impression of WageDayAdvance
Skills and Knowledge Required- Great customer service and communication skills - being able to help customers and give them a service that Wow’s by identifying their needs
- Good command of English, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail to make sure we get it right first time for customers
- Representing WDA in a professional and courteous way at all times
Normal working hours are 37.5 hours per week; however, flexibility is required for additional hours, weekend work and meetings. In return an excellent salary is on offer for this full time role. |

 | Risk Analyst |
Reporting to the Analytics Manager in our Skipton office the Risk analyst will have the following Role Responsibilities :- Provide support in building, monitoring and managing credit scorecards.
- Development and monitoring of credit strategies.
- Analyse the risk to the company of its customers not paying for loans or defaulting on loans.
- Analyse customer’s borrowing power and streamline the firm’s lending strategy.
- Identify patterns and connections between situations that are not obvious related and provide creative solutions whilst linking possibilities and making predictions.
- Provide support in maintaining and reinforcing company’s reputation as a responsible lender.
- Forecast cost to the organisation and predicting change and future trends.
- Monitor and analyse the financial data on a regular basis, produce management information packs, ad-hoc queries and identify potential issues and trends and make recommendations.
- Set up processes and documentation of business analytics.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop functional and technical specifications and provide them appropriate analytical solutions.
Skills and Knowledge Required for this position :
Essential- SAS Programming
- Maths/Stats Degree
- Keen interest in credit risk industry
- Team worker
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders
- Ability to analyse large volume of complex information and using a systematic approach to draw logical conclusions
Desirable
- Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Miner will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Analytical techniques and different credit risk scorecards
- Advanced Excel skills
- VBA skills will be an advantage

 | ASP.NET VB Developer |
| The successful Developer will have a great understanding of the .Net framework, should have experience working with VB.Net, MS SQL and experience developing bespoke software. Any experience with XML or software implementation and testing would be a real bonus. You will be working in a dedicated and friendly IT Department to drive the business forwards. The offered Salary would be dependant on experience. |
