Where to find debt advice

We’re here to help if you need us.

If you find yourself facing an unexpected circumstance, or financial difficulties and you’re uncertain what to do, please give us a call so that we can discuss the options available to you.

Struggling with your loan repayments?

If you are unable to make the repayment of your loan please call us. If you don’t make us aware of your financial circumstances and you miss a payment or default on your loan, you may incur additional charges. If you default on your loan this could also have a negative impact on your credit score, which could make it more difficult for you to borrow in the future.

There are a number of things you can do for yourself, or with our help if you’re falling behind on your repayments:

  • You can see what repayments you’ve missed and what repayments are still due by logging into your personal login area.
  • You can catch up on part (however small) or all of your missed repayments online using your debit card
  • Give us a call on 0333 006 2000 to tell us about your circumstances and set up a new, affordable, repayment plan
  • If you set up a new repayment plan with us you’ll be able to view your new dates and amounts through your login area
  • If at any time you want free, independent financial advice there are a number of organisations that can help you. We’ve listed them below.
